Founded in 2009 by Colleen Rudio and Rennae Miller, Cascadia Management Group has become a trusted partner to mission-driven businesses and nonprofits across the Western United States. Headquartered in Missoula, Montana, our firm is powered by a multidisciplinary team of more than 10 seasoned professionals with decades of combined experience in strategy, operations, finance, and organizational development.
